Refund policy

Jro Beauty only offers refunds for orders cancelled for more than 24 hours with a 10% cancellation FEE.

To cancel your order, please send an email to jrobeautypro@gmail.com Include in the subject line that you are seeking a cancellation (i.e. [Cancellation] Order # and full name).

If your order date is in less than 24 hours, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order due to limited processing time.
